Forest Rhythms
August 18th - 21st
Upstate NY
Nature, Art and Wellness Retreat

Eat locally, sleep under the stars, bask in the sun, fall in love with watercolors, immerse yourself in nature and sisterhood.
A space to recalibrate with our natural rhythms, to connect with our body, to make art feel good, together.
A place to slow down and tune into your parasympathetic nervous system.
Move your body, take a nap, connect with your breath, deepen your connection with the plants— our non-spoken languages, dance away, be in sisterhood and turn off your phone.
Join us in the forest for 4 days and 3 nights!
Our intention with this retreat is to create a space for us to slow down, be in nature and create.
This is a space to explore your creative expression, nourish yourself, find joy in the simple and soften into being.

What will a day at Forest Rhythms look like?
A peak into what we will explore together…

Meet Your Hosts
It all began with a dream to share the friendship, adventure, and memories we have gained through Cacao, Art, Yoga, and a love of Nature. We designed this retreat to share the art of living simply and connecting to the elements around us in a fluid and intentional way.
